The polymer emulsion made entirely of propylene and methacrylic acid monomers, sometimes with propylene and methacrylamide, is called pure acrylic emulsion. Preparation of hard monomer of this kind is a commonly used liquid a methacrylate and acrylic ester, soft monomer is used with butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate and acrylic acid ethyl ester was 2, usually by adding a small amount of methacrylic acid, ethyl acrylate, N- methylolacrylamide and other functions to improve the pure acrylic monomer emulsion adhesive properties, stability, coloring and construction performance, and provides a crosslink. The process of production is as follows:



1.The prescribed deionized water, emulsifier and monomer are put into the pre emulsifying tank, and the pre emulsified liquid is prepared in the heated agitation.



2. According to the formula of pre feeding components into the polymerization reactor, stirring, ventilation and heating to 80~81 Deg. C, quickly add the pre initiator solution, 5min, added monomer pre emulsion, 5% of the total soon, nucleation polymerization began to increase, the temperature of the material, the material in the sign by milk white to blue.



3. To the inner temperature stable, at the temperature of 82~81 DEG C, start dropping the rest of the monomer pre emulsion and adding initiator solution. A drop of about 2.5h.



4. After heat preservation at 82~81 C for 1h, the temperature drops to 60 degrees C, and the tert butyl peroxide is slowly added. After 15min reaction, adding with rongalit solution, then the reaction of 15min.



5. After cooling to 30 C, the defoaming agent solution is added and pH is adjusted to 7-8 with ammonia water.



6. Feed, filter, package.
