EC-5281 fluorocarbon emulsion is a modified acrylic emulsion polymerized by core-shell process from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and ester monomers, combined with self crosslinking monomer, fluoromonomer, organosiloxane monomer and epoxy resin.
