Fluorocarbon Emulsion

Fluorocarbon emulsion is produced by the emulsion copolymerization of acrylic monomers and organic fluorine monomers. After fluorine modification, besides the original properties of acrylic emulsion polymer, it also effectively improved the chemical inertness, weatherability, anti fouling, water resistance and corrosion resistance of the copolymer. It can be used for the preparation of high-grade exterior wall coatings, antifouling coatings, automotive coatings, protective coatings for optical and electronic components, fabric coating agents, paper coating slurry and so on.

The acrylic emulsion modified with vinyl chloride is called chloropropyl emulsion. People are working on the research and development of chloropropyl emulsion. The coating prepared by copolymerization and modification has both chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, fire resistance, low water swelling, no adhesion and dirt resistance, and aging resistance and durable toughness of polyvinyl chloride. And the prepared chloropropyl emulsion has good film forming, stability and construction performance.

Chloropropyl emulsion is reasonable in price performance and can be used for preparation of beautiful and inexpensive exterior wall coatings. Recently people by emulsion graft copolymerization and emulsion polymerization combined nuclear senbai synthesis developed a vinyl chloride acrylate vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion is three yuan, the synthesis process is: first to twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate as emulsifier emulsion, then using vinyl acetate and acrylate monomer mixture swelling the seed and graft copolymerization. At last, the acrylic ester monomer was added to the shell and shell reaction to make the three element chloropropyl emulsion of the shell structure. This emulsion can be used to prepare fabric coated fabric with excellent performance and low cost.
